Conventional: a supernatural being that opposes God and is the cause of all that is wrong in the world.
ACIM: the ego, the self we made (and think we have become) that opposes God and is the sole cause of all suffering and “evil.” See CE T-3.XI.4:1-5, CE T-3.XI.9.
